In-House Diagnostics
Our clinics are fully outfitted with state-of-the-art tools for in-house blood testing, evaluating your pet’s bones, hips and joints, dental health, organs, and more. Services include:
Digital Radiology (X-ray)
Digital technology imports radiographic images directly into our computers, allowing us to quickly evaluate radiographs of patients with a clearer picture and minimal radiation exposure to the patient.
Cone Beam CT Scan
The Cone Beam CT creates a three-dimensional, cone-shaped beam that only has to circle the patient once to generate an image. This greatly reduces the patient’s exposure to radiation and affords a detailed 360-degree view of an affected area.
Clinical indications for Cone Beam may include:
- Acute trauma
- Skeletal studies
- Nasal/sinus disease
- Musculoskeletal soft tissue tumors
- Spinal scan
- Thoracic
- Lung masses
- Abdominal scan
- Brain scan
Ultrasonography
This is sonar-based diagnostic imaging that allows our veterinarians the ability to visualize internal body structures.
OFA Evaluations
We are able to perform preliminary and final evaluations on hips, elbows, patellas, cardiac (with or without ultrasound) and thyroid to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals spec.
